1. Services
helloBrio provides digital marketing services for healthcare practices, including website design, SEO, content creation, and online reputation management.
2. Not Medical Advice
We are a marketing agency. Nothing on our website or in our services constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We do not handle protected health information (PHI) as defined by HIPAA.
3. Intellectual Property
Websites and content created for clients become the client's property upon full payment. helloBrio retains the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless the client opts out in writing.
4. No Guarantees
We do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic numbers, or patient acquisition results. Digital marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.
5. Payment
Services are billed monthly via Stripe. Payment is due upon receipt. Failed payments are retried automatically. Services may be paused after 14 days of non-payment.
6. Cancellation
Either party may cancel with 30 days written notice. No long-term contracts. No cancellation fees.
7. Limitation of Liability
helloBrio's total liability is limited to fees paid in the 3 months prior to any claim. We are not liable for lost revenue, lost patients, or any indirect damages.
8. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of North Carolina.
